Policies

PRIVACY: We respect your privacy. We will never sell or give any identifiable information about you to any third party without your approval. If you email comments we may use your comments for editorial purposes or in promotional advertising and/or marketing materials. When you make a purchase, we automatically place you on our mailing list unless you state otherwise.

WARRANTIES: Our products are covered by the manufacturers warranties against defects in materials or workmanship. Products suspected to be defective may be returned to our store for inspection. If determined defective we will replace the product with the same or a better product. If the product is out of stock or special order product, the normal order times will apply to the replacement. In some cases, product must be returned to the manufacturer for determination of defect. In that case we will pay for the shipping to the manufacturer and notify the customer of the manufacturers determination as soon as it is received. Merchandise which is shipped back to the location your our was placed for inspection should be shipped prepaid with a copy of the original receipt to the address below. If you do not have a receipt, please call (800-926-8326) to obtain a return authorization. Establishing a customer account and using it on all your purchases eliminates the need for you to retain receipts.

RETURN POLICY: Customers may return unused stock product in its original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be issued with the same tender (ck, bankcard, cash) as the original purchase. You may contact us at the above number regarding returns. Special order and customized or decorated merchandise is not returnable. Shoes, once worn, are not returnable except in accordance with the manufacturers defective policy. Lou's Sporting Goods makes no Guaranties as to the availibility of specific numbers for customers when the league has control of what numbers are to be issued. When leagues adopt certain rules, we comply with the league rules regarding uniforms.

SHIPPING POLICIES: Purchases may be shipped to the customer by UPS. Ground service is typically one day locally and in contiguous states. Next day Air: $50.00 2nd Day Air: $30.00 Ground: $10.00 (special conditions may change the base prices). Lou's Sporting Goods will notify the customer at the time of shipment by mailing or emailing a receipt. UPS tracking numbers are available if customers desire to track their orders.

CUSTOMER PICKUP OR DELIVERY Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at the store location of your choice. You will be notified by email, phone, or U.S. Mail when your order is ready to be picked up. Certain league orders may be delivered to the coach, league official, or other responsible party when uniforms or group purchases are made. In these cases, the customer will be informed of the delivery or pickup option when his order is received. We recomend pick-up from our store when possible as it offers the opportunity to resolve any issues like shoe sizing right away.

SATISFACTION LINE Our intent is to satisfy all customers. In the event that a customer feels they have not been properly served, they may call our Customer Service Specialist (402-721-6040) and relate their experience for further assistance.

SALES TAXES: Nebraska and City sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered and or shipped to addresses in the State of Nebraska and Kansas.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMX, and Discover. Personal checks on local banks and Money Orders are accepted by mail. Cash accepted for in-store pickup.
